1. Contest Entry Cancellation

• Once a user successfully joins a paid fantasy contest, the entry cannot be cancelled by the user.

• Entry fees paid for contests are non-refundable, except in cases specifically mentioned in this policy.

2. Contest Cancellation by PopcornApp.in

A contest may be cancelled by PopcornApp.in due to:

• Insufficient number of participants

• Technical issues or system errors

• Match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment

• Regulatory or legal restrictions

In such cases:

• The full entry fee will be refunded to the user’s PopcornApp wallet.

• Refunds are generally processed within 24–72 hours.

3. Refund of Wallet Balance

• Amounts added to the PopcornApp wallet cannot be withdrawn or refunded unless used for contest participation.

• Bonus amounts are non-withdrawable and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

• Withdrawable winnings can be withdrawn only after successful KYC verification.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

• In case of a failed payment where the amount is deducted but the contest is not joined, the amount will be refunded automatically.

• Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions are usually processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Withdrawal Reversals

• If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank details or other user-related issues, the amount will be reversed back to the user’s wallet after verification.

• PopcornApp.in will not be responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

6. No Cash Refunds

• PopcornApp.in does not provide refunds in cash, cheque, or direct bank transfers unless explicitly stated.

• All eligible refunds are processed only to the PopcornApp wallet.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Policy Violations

• Refunds will not be issued if an account is suspended or terminated due to fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

• PopcornApp.in reserves the right to withhold refunds during investigation of suspicious activities.
